oh yes, that would be celebrations starting to welcome in a new year (thank god!) and a new decade. In 1989 I was about to finish school and embark on adulthood, 1999 I was about to embark on married life, 2009 I am about to embark on ....who knows but hope it is something equally life changing and exciting..
